Learn All About Ohio City’s Luxury Apartments

Every month, I cover a current or past project that Choice Cabinet is a part of. This month’s featured project is the Quarter Apartments in Ohio City. The apartments are close to Cleveland’s most popular areas like Great Lakes Brewing Company. I had the chance to tour the model unit while checking out the revitalized area.

INSIDE THE QUARTER APARTMENTS
Located on the corner of West 25th and Detroit, the Quarter Apartment is an up-and-coming area. The building centers itself in Ohio City’s unique history. It’s down the street from the historic West Side Market. The Quarter also surrounds itself with local retailers, restaurants, and other cultural landmarks.
The Quarter Apartments is a mixed-use, mixed-income development. The $70 million development is a five-story building. The first floor is 30,000 square feet of commercial space. The commercial space is home to The Music Settlement, a music education center. You’ll also find The Grocery and D.O. Summers Dry Cleaners there as well.
The 194 apartments occupy the remaining four floors. Residents can expect temperature-controlled underground parking and full-service gym. The gym is 2,500 square feet filled with machines and weights. Dog lovers will love the indoor dog washing station available on site. Residents can also enjoy some other luxury amenities as well. The Quarter Apartments features a heated pool and cabanas. You’ll also find fire pits and grills for those relaxing summer nights.
The apartments are available in studio, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom layouts. The layouts showcase contemporary and timeless features. The kitchens feature GE appliances, quartz countertops, and Choice Cabinet cabinetry.
THE CHOICE DIFFERENCE
Choice Cabinet partnered with the Snavely Group. Along with Multi-Family Division, they designed a beautiful Shaker door with three finishes. They came up with a white and gray painted finish and an espresso stained finish. 80% of the apartments are either white or gray cabinets (split 50/50) while 20% feature the espresso finish.
