1. From a piece of wood, cut out top and bottom pieces and front and back pieces, and 1 or 2 additional pieces for actual shelves.
2. Attach the front and back end pieces to the bottom board, creating the bottom-most part of the shelf. Continue moving up, screwing in the shelves at desired heights.
3. Attach the top piece, making it flush with the front and back pieces. You should have what looks like a closed square or rectangle with a few horizontal lines through it, depending on how many shelves you opted for.
4. Add either dowels or thin wood to the shelf sides. Pick a suitable height to keep the contents secure. This will allow for easy removal of containers and prevent any from falling out when sliding the cabinet out.
5. One set of drawer glides will be for the top and one for the bottom. Depending on the space, you may only need to attach a slider to the bottom of the unit. It can go either directly on the bottom or both sides of the bottom platform.

4. There are 4 holes in each 6.9” wide base and 2 holes in each narrower base. A screw must go in each one.
5. Realign base to mark the cabinet. Hold the base in place, locate the screw in one mounting hole (start with a front hole). Firmly press down with screwdriver while turning. Turn screw into the cabinet until snug. Repeat install of all screws

If you want to install the mounting screws to the base, drawers can be removed completely from the base for the access room. Each drawer slide has a tab on the bottom of the drawer slide; push it firmly to the side and pull out the drawer.
