Luxury Apartments with an Amazing Lake Erie View

Ohio City has quickly become one of Cleveland’s hippest up-and-coming neighborhoods. Last month I featured the Quarter Apartments in Ohio City. For August’s featured project, I headed down the street to Mariner’s Watch. The newly constructed apartments rest near the shore of Lake Erie with amazing views. I had the chance to tour the model unit while taking in the sights.

MARINER’S WATCH: A BRIEF HISTORY
Built from the ground up, Mariner’s Watch finished construction in 2015. It’s a four-story building with 62 units. The courtyard layout gives residents amazing views of Lake Erie and downtown Cleveland. The private balconies allow residents to watch fireworks from nearby Progressive Field. Mariner’s Watch is available in one- or two-bedroom layouts.
Located near Ohio City’s entertainment district, amazing eateries and bars surround residents. If that’s not enough entertainment, the Flats and downtown Cleveland are nearby. For those quieter nights, residents can take full advantage of the SkyLounge. There’s also a fitness facility, theater, and demonstration cooking center on-site.
With luxury apartments come luxury style and living. Each unit features eco-friendly, stainless steel appliances. Residents will have their own washer and dryer. The granite countertops build upon the next level of luxury that you would expect. The kitchen and bathroom feature Euro-styled cabinets. That’s where Choice Cabinet comes in.
THE CHOICE DIFFERENCE
Choice Cabinet teamed up with Dimit Architects for the Mariner’s Watch project. We worked with Dimit on the One University Circle and Flats East Banks projects. Read about the One University Circle project by clicking here. For the Flats East Banks project, click here. Our Multi-Family division came up with a white Euro-style cabinet for the project. A Euro-style cabinet is a frameless construction. It’s a simple and contemporary design that offers great accessibility.
The white Euro-style cabinets pop against the dark hardwood floors in the kitchen. They also add a calming effect in the bathroom with the gray tiles. The cabinets also give residents plenty of storage and organization solutions. Check out our images below of the model unit.
